Of the states we frequently work with, New Mexico is the only one that does not require an annual report. This alone is not reason enough to choose New Mexico for forming your entity and you should still consider other states.
Delaware – Corporations must file an annual report and pay franchise taxes by March 1st of each year. LLCs must may a fee by June 1st of each year.
Wyoming – Wyoming corporations and LLC must file an annual report by the 1st of the month your entity was formed in each year. For example, if you formed your entity on June 10th, you must file the annual report by June 1st of each year.
Florida – LLCs and corporations must file an annual report by May 1st of each year.
Texas – Franchise tax is due by May 15th of each year for LLCs and corporations.
We can help file annual reports in the above states and others.
